What we repair
Leaking pipes and joints under sinks and behind toilets. Dripping or loose taps. Toilets that keep running or won't refill. Stopcocks that won't turn off. Leaking waste pipes and traps. Outside taps.
Leaks
If water is coming through a ceiling or you can't stop a leak, turn off the stopcock (usually under the kitchen sink) and call us. We'll find where it's coming from, make it safe, and repair it on the same visit wherever possible.
What it costs
£49 call-out, then a fixed price on site for the repair, including parts. No obligation to go ahead.

In most homes it's under the kitchen sink. Otherwise check the downstairs toilet, the garage, or where the water pipe enters the house.
